  Horrible , will not help me with my VA loan. I would not suggest using ALCOVA Mortgage they are not a good lending company.

  Jamie and her team were very helpful and supportive. They made the mortgage application process and loan approval process easier. The final loan/closing costs (monthly payment) came out lower than the initial estimates.

  Looking to buy a House? The Jamie Bailey team will go above, and beyond to make sure your Dream of owning a Home happens. Credit Low? They will work with you, even if takes several months. I'm not saying she's a Miracle worker, but with her many years of being a Lender, I've seen her work some Magic!

  I would not recommend this mortgage company under any circumstance. Communication is not their strong suit. We communicated a date that we need to things to be done by, they told us it would be a challenge but they could do it. Now we find out they actually can’t do it. If we would’ve known we would’ve gone with a company who had a better track record and had stronger skills. There’s so many mortgage companies to choose from, to wisely

  Terrible commincation skills, poor flexibility and patience when working with average incommed families who need compassionate, yet honest advice with a clear plan of action to help families who may not qualify in that moment for a traditional home loan. Clearly not willing to work through or to walk with you through the house buying process from beginning to end with modestly incommed families. If you have 700 credit score, have heffty down payment, and are upper middle class to wealthy, they will give you first class treatment. Good luck and best wishes for anyone who is successful at securing financing through this broker. My experience was problematic and they made it clear that they were not there to see me and my family through the stressful home buying process. It's worth noting that we are a black family and it felt many times like we were indirectly being told we will never be able to buy a home.

As a direct lender we cannot deviate from those guidelines even if we wanted to. ALCOVA adheres 100% to Fair Lending Laws.
