  I purchased my vehicle last year in July 2020 and during that time covid had affected receiving my title which I understood. I called Berglund in November 2020 to see if they had my title ready for my vehicle and I was told they would call me back because they weren’t sure. I never received a phone call from them so I called last week and was told they had sent my title to me in the mail “certified”. I have never received anything from Berglund not even a phone call. I also had asked to see the “certified signature” because it wasn’t mine and she said she’s sorry but this is my responsibility now and I could come by and get a lien release and take care of this myself. This whole situation is very unprofessional and I will not buy another vehicle from them.

  Tried calling to make a payment no answer bit says they are open called the place across the street and they said you had new hours please update your hours

  The staff are all very friendly and welcoming! After getting turned down at other dealerships, Berglund Credit Line helped me into a new car and made my life so much easier!! My salesman was very informative about the vehicles history and service records and got me into something I love and that won't break the bank!! The girls in the payment office were very friendly! Great place to do business with. 10/10 Great experience!!

  never get a car from these crooks. there is a lady in the back office that will demand payments and threaten you will a law suit when you are only one payment behind. she refused to switch my due date so my payments will be on time. when I first got my Nissan Samuel said I could not make one monthly payment but a every 2 weeks payment. that's how they make their money but telling customers pay every 2 weeks than the interest kicks them in the butt. also I only had my Nissan for 2 days than the check engine light came on. they offered to fix the problem but needed my car in their shop, it took 3 days than my warranty ran out. to future customers never ever get a car from Berglund credit line you do better going to shelor motor mile or to a small car dealer in town. the car dealer located beside Berglund is better than them. I will be contacting the better business bureau and state attorney general.

  Bought a car from them last summer. I currently moved to Florida about 7 months ago. I’ve been trying to get the copy of my title for the past 4 months in order to get my new Florida tags. They’ve been giving me the run around for awhile now. Don’t move from Virginia or out of state you’ll never get any documents you’ll need from them. You’ll just end up with a ticket for expired tags and no empathy from them. Worst company ever! So disappointed. Every time I call I get rude responses and seem to get no help. I never do google reviews but this was needed. Also when I bought my car last year I had an issue with the transmission and they claim they couldn’t fix it. It hadn’t even been 2 weeks since I had gotten the car. This place is a scam.

  Kendra Kelly was extremely helpful with me yesterday when I bought my 2020 Chevrolet Spark yesterday. She was so patient and helpful on a new journey for me buying a car.

  Got a car from Berglund last May. I was down on my luck. Needed a car got tired asking friends. And they take you when they ready. I went on a bus and left in a car. I've had some minor problems, like serpentine belt and pulley. Had get new spark plugs and starter with in the year I've had the car. But they helped me when I needed a car most. I would recommend them.

  Would give less if could... got a car from them 05 Nissan Altima has problems after the first 3 days car wouldn’t go in drive if it had set for over 3 hours they said it was normal in an old car took it for an oil change guy at jiffy lube pointed out to me that all the filters in the car were the wrong size took it back to them they said jiffy lube was trying to scam me told them the car was running hard they drove it said it was the best running 2.5 they had seen 2 days later the car was sitting back on there lot because it cut off on me took them 2 days to look at it called me back said it was Cadillac converter and it would cost me a cpl hundred to fix a week later I went and picked car back up and car still doing same thing so I took it back turned it back over to them an explained I need a dependable car and that was not it so 2 months later and about 30 visits to the car lot they had there car back and I went somewhere else payment were up to date.... so as of today 1 month since I turned car in my credit score has went down 100 points and they put on my credit that they had to repo car also added a fee. I called and was told that I still owe the balance on the car $9,000.00 and they are gonna take me to court and garnish my wedges... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!! They don’t even drive cars from there lot that should have been my first red flag

  This place don't even need a 1 star period!!!! I had a car for almost 9 months, had problems with it since i had it, transmission went bad and they like to never agreed to put a transmission in due to being no warranty but also argued that it did not have any issue and actual dealership diagnosed it and i then showed them on paper that it needed new transmission, finally put new transmission in and paid $100 deductible after several times calling and telling them about my frustration about the problem, then you have Fred in service which was very ugly about several issues on the car & saying that i took it to a shop that didn't know nothing. Then 2 months later, cruise control, gas pedal and transmission messed up again, service argued that there's nothing wrong with the car, gives it back to me then it continues to do the same and stalling on me, i called back again and took the car back to them to get help fixing it, and again they say nothing is wrong with the car....THEN to find out this company is suppose to report your on time payments to the credit bureau...they wasn't which has topped it all off!! After working in this type business my self......BUT this company and business is nothing but a pure rip off, and i recommend you all to please go somewhere else for better quality cars and honest people because this business isn't honest period!!!!
