  From day 1 Jim and Christiana were so very helpful. They made the process of buying a home so simple. From taking time to answer emails within minutes to video chats and the helpful videos they send that explained every step of the process. We got pre-approved and then once we turned in the purchase agreement we were ready to close within 21 days. It would have been less but getting the appraisal scheduled put us back 1 week along with a holiday as well. Very fast and efficient and would absolutely recommend anyone to use them for their home buying experience.

  Absolutely incredible team to work with. Jim Duffy and entire team (Christiana and Hope especially) went above and beyond to make this happen for our family. Such a different feel than talking to someone states away, where you never get the same person and feel like just another case. Very personable, professional and caring, I will work with them again if I get the chance. Got entire package done and sealed in less than 30 days. Very impressive, we are so grateful.

  Jim Duffy does not care about you, only your money. He had his assistants handling my mortgage, which is fairly typical however a member of his team told me to pay off my auto loan almost 20 days prior to closing. The DAY I was supposed to close I found out that they just had realized this and I was going to have to put 5% more down on my $290,000 home. I was not apologized to, I was blamed, luckily I had a screenshot of the exchange however even then nothing could be done. Do not use Jim Duffy, this was my second home purchase and it was nothing like the first and completely botched to the tune of almost 20,000 dollars more at closing!
