  Great friendly, fast service. Becky L. helped me with a lot of printouts that I needed from my account. It was tedious work but she was patient and kind, and made sure that I had exactly what I needed before I left! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

  Been a customer for 30+ years. I used to brag about SCFCU and refer them to friends. The customer used to be priority but not anymore. Very disappointed in their forever changing policies that end up penalizing the customers. I’m changing banks ASAP.

  I had a great experience calling in after finding a fraudulent transaction on my account. They made it very easy to dispute the charge, get a new card, and get back the money that I lost. I have NEVER had any issues with the credit union after banking with them for over 10years. Thanks SCFCU for making a bad situation better. :)

  There is not doubt that Credit Unions are better then banks in many aspects. If you want to be treated like you are actual person and not just a dollar sign on your forward, then come here. Every time I need something done with my account or a loan they will get it done immediately and without a doubt the correct way. I get far superior better rates then other credit unions and easily beats out bank rates too. There is no reason why I would even think about going to some other bank or credit union to do my business with. They have me as a customer for life. Everyone from the branch manager, best in the business, to the support staff, great people to interact and very helpful, are the best in the business of finance.

  90 day no payment auto refinancing. Life insurance reviews. Investment advisor on site. Seriously simplified banking always looking out for my best financial interests. Great options for credit cards, mortgages, and business banking. This place is doing it right!

  I was gone to try another branch, before another bank entirely. 20 year + member, but SCFCU IS Not the only bank in town. MY 1st auto loan went very well. 2nd auto loan took two days, four trips back and forth multiple phone calls. The bank representative made a mistake and” hit the wrong button “. Drafted my payment before the agreed date. Costing myself more time and money to have that issue addressed. Auto loan took three days five trips back and forth, and multiple phone calls.
