  Allie is phenomenal at what he does. Whether he was on vacation or home with his family on a Sunday afternoon or night, he always took our calls and responded to our emails and texts promptly. He does not take days off, and it's never too early in the morning or too late at night for him to answer the phone. Allie was able to get us an incredible rate, and was extremely informative when explaining every scenario and option to us in order for us to make the best decision. Not only did Allie get us an unbelievable rate, but he made it possible for us to close on our home in record-breaking time.   If you're looking for top tier service and personable industry professionals that can help you close quickly - look no further. Allie got me pre-approved within 24 hours. He worked outside of normal business hours to find me the best loan for my family which made me really feel like our loan was his top priority. During this process he explained everything that would happen so there were no surprises. Once everything was submitted, his team was able to close us in a matter of days. This was important because we ended up getting some things over to him late and almost missed our rate lock period. Allie's team is like one big family and you can tell they love what they do and enjoy working with each other.   We were referred to Quintessential and specifically Allie by our real estate agent and are very happy about the experience. Allie was patient and thoroughly answered any and all questions we had, which were many since we were first time home buyers.   From a Realtors perspective you always want your clients lender to be readily available, knowledgeable of the current market, & committed to your clients needs. Albert was all that & more.
