  I love Alaska bank! All of the tellers are so friendly! Not a fan of their ATMs but I rather go inside because just because of the great service I get. I recommend this bank especially if you’re looking to get away from those other banks, who are jus playing rude!

  I have just move into the neighbor and I needed to do a transfer deposit to my credit union who is affiliated with Alaska Credit Union. I never had a problem until today. I was being taken care of a gentleman who was in training and that was fine. He tried and was not able to do the deposit. A female associate who introduced herself as an assistant manager was not able to do the deposit either. She said she doesn't know my account number. So I gave her a deposit slip. She said where is the account number and I said at the bottom. To make this shot I asked for the back manager. She came out and asked for my account number. I showed her the deposit slip and she even asked where is the account number. I said at the bottom.. So she said oh here it is and showed me. I told her that I know my account number and maybe you should show your tellers.. worst experience I have ever had. I'm glad I'm not banking with them for handling my money.

  I never knew this bank even existed. They’re hidden in a little corner by a field so it’s hard to find. I don’t bank here but my mother does Yesterday I took my mother there to do her banking. Usually my sister takes her but with this virus going on she refuses to go out of the house. I’m not from this area but let me tell you, this place truly impressed me. I guess they’re closed for inside services but had drive up tellers available. They had someone outside greeting you and asking if you needed help or had any questions on how the drive thru worked. Monica was the young lady who helped us fill out the form. She was beyond kind and told us that they wipe down their tubes after every use and their pens. She even stayed with us chatting while we sent the tube and waited for it to come back. She made us feel like she really cared unlike most banks I’ve been to.Thank you Monica and Alaska bank for giving my mother the best service and being there for her.

  These atms are trash they always say you can’t deposit and there credit department sucks been had a secure credit card with them for almost 1 year no one tried to ask me if I wanted to change to just a regular credit card then they say I need to turn in 1 years worth of check stubs for me to get my regular credit card that’s a joke don’t recommend anyone to go threw them to get any credit cards trash

  Best bank ever I never have to wait in line and we have are all of our accounts here, including are corporation account. Whatever we need it’s never a problem the answer is always yes. They even rate matched us on one of our investment accounts that we have good job keep up the good work

  Why is the Rancho branch closing? There are NO branches closed to me here in Norco. You now want me to drive to Victorville up the hill when traffic is horrible!!! WHY? You going out of business? if so, let me know so i can transfer to another CU

  august 6, 2013 this go out to the manger an owner the one on by denny's restaurants anyway this morning i needed a copy of my SSI & SSA of what i get an the 1st of each mos , and one on 3rd each mos also this young ladies that work their , was all up in mu business reading all my information , all i asked for is a copy ! didn't have to read it ! anyway my concern is she got the nerve to throw away the copy because she accident -ly messed up the first copies , instead , of dumb self rip the copies up so nobody won't get my information .!!!! my second concern i asked for a copy of my ssI/SSA she gave the wrong copy i wanted mine not my daughters, good lord they need to clean their ears out and listen to their customers really good otherwise they will be sued .manger be hiring people who really don't know about banking! i went for a copy and she gave the wrong copy! that was big waste of money riding the city bus to get there in that freaking hot heat! and she goosed up the darn copies! this is bull and you know it!

  This is a marvelous credit union. Everyone there has a knowledgeable and professional attitude. Friendly yet quick to the point of my visit...and taking care to keep my info private.

  If I could give them no stars I would.3 tellers and about 15 people and a 30 minute wait, I finally gave up.
