  would be a 4-5 star but... Great organization with friendly and helpful people (especially my local branch). Though not thrilled that you guys cut my card off while I was traveling for work and stuck in the middle of the ocean without warning, and refused to activate it. The offer to send a new card to my house is great if I wasn't in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico and about to fly home.  Good thing I don't have to fill up on gas, and buy groceries before driving up a mountain during a winter storm...oh wait,...I do.

  Great experience with this bank. Jose is always very nice. They process every transaction quickly and Amy is always there to support them. Highly recommend this bank.

  They will lie to you at this bank they will take money from you that is not OK Is on par with one of the worst banks in Southern California very few branch locations where you can do banking they say that ATMs are free but the ATMs that they say that are free that aren't at their bank aren't always free and when you call up to complain about this you'll get an Oh well because in Alaska they do not care about you in Southern California in the Slightest I do have to say that this is one of the least carrying banks I have ever dealt with but there's so stoke to get your money and take your money

  03/12/2019 Only one person manning the desks, no one in office (locked), and 9 people in line at 1300. No one qualified to help me make a large money routing transfer to another bank account. Doe their CEO collect a bonus check for doing much of nothing while they staff inappropriately to meet that fat check for him? Does he know I am a consumer advocate who will launch investigations from the regulatory offices in Sacramento and Alaska concerning this conduct (like I have for countless other businesses)?

  I moved my accounts to Alaska after Arrowhead moved out. Never a regret. I have needed a variety of services, especially after my mother's passing and Michelle and her staff were always there to help. Great service and friendly, professional staff.
