  Great tellers always helpful and friendly. But there used to be a member service office instead of tying up the only two tellers with opening new accounts. One of them should be doing quick bank deposits or cash withdrawals. I am not super impatient but 15min at the head of the line is rough.

  Even though the line can be long, the tellers are always friendly and efficient. I needed a gold seal medallion signature and the manager took care of it immediately. The people here are awesome! I like visiting this branch, plus I can go shopping afterwards and spend the cash!

  Just trying to call a loan officer back to get my loan update. The initial estimate wait time from the automated said 1hr 20min, I’ve been on hold for 1hr 23 min and still holding.

  Very fast and professional, Christian was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. He attended to our business in a very timely fashion and overall created a very pleasant atmosphere:) also notable that this location stays open later than most banks which is also very convenient. Will be visiting again👍

  Waited in line in drive thru for 35 mins, soon after arriving was stuck between 2 cars and unable to leave that dreadful line, I'd do a night drop if possible. Slowest drive thru bank in anchorage.

  This is more a complaint regarding their mortgage lenders. My husband and I had hooked up with a realtor who had recommended Jeremy Gogain as a potential lender. We met with him once, everything was cool. We liked him. Fast-forward a couple of weeks and we'd decided to part ways with our realtor, but kept on with the lender as we'd already done all that yawn-inducing paperwork and credit checks. I sent him a text requesting some numbers on a property, since he'd specifically stated he was available anytime, day or night, and would "always get back to us right away". It was TWO HOURS before he bothered responding, and it was a rather generic message stating that he'd send us the information requested the next day. Never did. We then find out that he had gone behind our backs, called our former realtor, and asked her why we were working with the other guy. Our former realtor then called and bitched out our new one. Not only is that EXTREMELY unprofessional, it's a complete breach of our private transactions and requests. We're considering suing, and I fully intend to lodge a complaint with Alaska USA's senior management. Bottom line? These people aren't loyal to YOU, they're loyal to those who send them your business.
