  We were going to close on the 9th. Today is the 9th. Have not heard one word from them since we set it up. Impossible to get hold of. They have not contacted either party or answered a phone. I’m assuming they closed their doors. Good luck with them.

  Very pleasant offices, nicely decorated. Calm atmosphere, serene -- exactly what's needed when you are closing on a mortgage! Maria walked me through the paperwork. She was friendly and confident. All documents were explained to me. The signing process was made easy. As a real estate broker I've been through a lot of closings, but it's personal when it's your own property. I'll definitely use Alamo again.

  Extremely disorganized. We were told at last minute to print closing docs and go find a notary and Fedex them that day. I had called the week prior to explain we live in a remote location and was told it was not a problem. This was a cash deal, so it should have been simple. Worst closing experience out of the 8 houses I've closed on.

  We've closed on two houses with them. With one property, they "forgot" to include the warranty that the owner of the house insisted on paying for and passing onto the new homeowner. Also had some annoying paperwork issues. They do not seem to be on the ball or pay careful attention to detail. I've heard of other MAJOR mistakes with other clients from our realtor If possible, use other title companies.

  Very bad experience with this Title company. I never received the final disclosure from them the night before the closing and had to contact my mortgage company to find out what I should bring to closing which delayed my closing. They also failed to send me title commitment document and I had to ask for it a day before the closing. The closing had to be rescheduled. I would not recommend this title company.

  This is the title company we had to go to when we bought our house. We got lost in the way there and were late, but they were very polite and professional. They still helped us with minimal wait.

  My coworker literally had the closing from HELL with Maria Rodriguez today. I heard the story and was so disgusted that I felt compelled to write how disgusted I was and I was not even there.
