  DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! Watch out for these shady people who work here. They absolutely straight up lied to me. You go to buy something and they'll tell you something is on layaway after you go to pay for it. LIARS!!! GO TO ANY OTHER PAWN SHOP. What a typical bunch of crooks.

  The staff at Alamo Pawn are amazing! They are nice, very patient and don't pressure you into buying anything. I've been to Turner's down the street and the staff are very rude, not friendly and very impatient. Alamo has pretty much everything you are looking for and the prices very fair!

  They have a good selection on New & Used weapons. They offer layaway & loans. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. One of the best pawn shops that I've been too so far. They have all kinds of stuff from video games to fishing poles. It's a very clean and organized pawnshop.

  I went to sell gold. Josh helped me. He was great. We ran the numbers together and came to an agreement on the value. I got the amount I had hoped to get. The store is clean and well organized. They sell a lot of guns and ammo.

  Recently I began shopping for a 9mm handgun, after visiting several shops and aside from a shop in San Diego, all lacked even reasonable customer service. Leaving a local "large" gunshop I drove by this pawn shop remembering having seen some reviews that were good, despite being skeptical I thought I would drop in to see what, if any selection they had. I was surprised, quite a few guns were on display, in fact, more than the last 3 shops I had visited combined. I spoke briefly with Josh (part owner I believe) and was pleased with his customer service and willingness to help me out and even order/locate a new 9mm. I left as they did not have what I was looking for but called a few days later and Josh had come across a trade in of exactly what I was looking for and offered to hold it for me despite barely knowing me. After inspecting the handgun, my friend, Josh and I all determined the handgun had likely never even been fired. I saved about $50 on exactly what I wanted and am very pleased and have now determined where I will buy my next guns as well. Thank you Josh.
