      I have been with this bank since I was 11. I am 30 now. I would say hands down that Alabama One Credit Union has the nicest people working with the company. Recently, I brought my wife and son over because they banked with " Wells Fargo." A1CU is the best ever

      Joined this credit union after years of not having a actual bank account. Twice I've went up there for help and the first time I was able to consolidate multiple small debts into one monthly payment that was half of what the debts were a month. The second time Makeia Wynn helped refinance our car and save 17% in interest alone that equated to over $6,000! Thank you to Makeia and the Alabama One credit Union family!!!

      I recommend Alabama 1, but not this location, I recommend driving to any other location. I've gotten 4 car loans with A1CU, the last one I went to this branch and the first 3 at other locations. Usually it takes me 30 - 45 minutes for the entire process, it took me 2hours and 45 minutes at this location. They are also impossible to get ahold of on the phone so you have to do everything in office and wait this whole time. Can't turn off overdraft fees

      This is my favorite branch to visit!!!! There could be thirty cars in the drive thru, but you still get fast and friendly service!!!! The wait is never long, no matter how many people are in front of you!!!! And to add to that, they have the friendliest, most respectful, and helpful employees at this location!!!! I'm ALWAYS greeted with a smile, and they make sure you are well taken care of before you leave! I would most definitely recommend this branch to EVERYONE!!!❤

      They are one of the only branches that can transfer funds to other credit unions, which is amazing. The teller was extremely nice and was able to transfer the cash I gave her into my account in under five minutes. Highly recommend this branch.
