  What a great experience! Madeline and the team at Alabama Home Mortgage Loans are the best. With the quick response time, friendly service, and flawless process, they are unmatched. My wife and I started our loan process with a different company, which resulted in MONTHS of waiting, dragging their feet, increased interest rates, etc. I found Alabama Home Mortgage online hoping for a life boat. I am so glad that I did. We wouldn't have ended up as happy as we are without them! Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process.   I was getting ready to refinance with my current mortgage company at the time, wasnt real happy about some of the issues with them. I had listened to Kim Williams on the radio with the guys from 93.1 and decided to contact them. It was like the next day I heard from Madeline Cohn and explained to her want the situation was. In no time she had the ball rolling and I was able to refinance with a company locate and not some place hundreds of miles away with no face to put with the folks I was dealing with. In a matter of three weeks I was able to close and use escrow funds to pay off several large items. This was one of the smoothest transactions I have been involved in over thirty years.   I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was with Alabama Home Mortgage. I called Madeline Cannon and within 20 minutes she had me my options regarding a FHA vs. Conventional mortgage and had me prequalified! Throughout the process the communication was frequent and I appreciated being able to review and digitally approve any paperwork and disclosures. This entire process was efficient and was finalized in 30 days. I cannot thank Madeline and the staff at Alabama Home Mortgage enough. I will refer anyone I know to them.
