  I had never been into this credit union before. I found a truck I wanted the dealer suggested the credit union. I set up my acct online and they said it would take 24 to 72 hrs....that's time I did not have. So I drove to loxley on a Wed afternoon @4 by Thursday at 11 . The loan officer Tabitha he me ironed out and ready to go. She even skip lunch to do my processing. I was out of there in about a hour with my check. She did my royal and treated me like family. This truly was a Dope experience!!!! Thank you Tabitha

  Alabama credit union provides great customer service,.I’ve banked with several banks in Baldwin County, and the experience I’ve had with ACU has been wonderful! Thanks to the wonderful staff which seem to have great personalities and also do very well at there jobs providing great benefits along the way. Thank you Alabama credit union

  Alabama Credit Union in Loxley has been my best experience in banking to date! Im an independent small business owner and i feel i require a lot of assistance at times lol! The ladies at this branch go above & beyond in helping with my everyday business & financial needs! Im so thankful to them all! Thanks ladies!!

  The young ladies at the loxley credit union Halley, Tabitha and Jennifer are very helpful. We love coming into the branch because we are treated like family and always have great conversations.

  If I could give no stars I would. I live in the small town where this institution is located. I pulled in to the teller line drive-through and I asked if I could break a $20 bill. I asked for four fives. The answer was are you a member? I said no I just want some change. She said I’m sorry we don’t do that. She said we have To take it from your account.???? Are you kidding me? What is the world come to when you go to a bank and you can’t get change! Strike them off your list! Rude and unhelpful

  Seriously not happy with them! I’ve cashed my Boyfriend’s work checks there before. No issue, no questions ask. With him in the car with me. My ID his ID and obviously I have an account there. (Actually I have 2 accounts there) Went to do it again on 12-3-21. There was a new young blond at the window that refused to cash it. Said they don’t cash 3rd party checks. I was like since when? She was quick to have an attitude. To inform me she’s worked there a year. The building hasn’t even been there for a year. She gave the man in front of me attitude as well. I heard her arguing with him. I tried to deposit it and she told me no. Over all I am considering closing my accounts. I also intend to call and complain on her today. I’m just really appalled at her disposition. I’ve used this back for a few years. Everyone at every branch has be so helpful and polite. Maybe they will handle this issue with her at the Loxley branch.
