  We used their service to handle a contract for deed sale on our old Aitkin house in 2014. They worked with our realtor at the start of the transaction 5 years ago. In 2019, Amanda and her coworkers handled everything flawlessly when the home’s buyer made the last payment. By mid-December 2019, everything had been processed with the County and the buyer has the property without any headaches.
