  Aida is amazing! Aida was actually recommended to us by one of her clients in which is one of our dear friends. I have to say we were already working with another realtor that didn't know how to answer his phone nor did he respond to our inquiries accordingly. Aida made sure that she understood what we needed and what was important to us and executed so much that we received multiple offers above asking price, sold our home and now we are under contract for our dream home with a very reputable builder. Aida has been a Jewel representing us with the builder as well.   Selling a home for the first time can be a terrible ordeal. Aida Rivera is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with and she was familiar with the neighborhood. My home was listed Thursday evening. Aida scheduled one open house for Saturday afternoon and had a few appointments scheduled for Sunday. Sunday evening I had six offers on my home. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was doing business with Aida, and I can’t thank her enough for such a smooth and stress free transition.

  I highly recommend Aida!!! I am a first time home buyer, in the middle of a pandemic, and she made the process so much easier and less stressful than I thought it would potentially be. This whole experience has been life changing. She even helped when the first bank wasn't being responsive and kept changing stories regarding their loan process. She is kind, patient and never pushes you into buying something until she knows you are absolutely happy with it. Work with Aida, you won't be disappointed. She will forever be my "HOLLYWOOD"!!!
