  First let me say I am a high maintenance customer. I expect efficiency, competency and timely responses to my questions and concerns. I will send emails and make follow up calls if I am not provided with status updates and answers within 24 hrs lol. Even I was impressed with the service provided by Kenny CHEUNG and Homebridge Financial. I came to them after a refinance fell through with MR COOPER mortgage (even though I presently held a mortgage with them and had previously purchased another property through them!). Kenny was patient and always available to answer my 1000 questions. He made the process painless and quick. Sometimes I got of the phone thinking I was a little intense I hope that he doesn't throw away my application. But he saw me through to closing and gave me a better rate than MR COOPER offered. In the future I will definently use Kenny CHEUNG for my mortgage needs where ever he is working!!! Worth every bit of the 5 star review recieved.

  Thanks Kenny Cheung who helped me thru the whole process as a first time home buyer. As a newbee to get the loan for my property, I had so much questions, didn't know what was the next step of the process, He always responded my questions in a very short time period by texts and calls. Super reliable, he's always there to help me to get thru the process very quickly. I believed he does work very hard to help me to lock down the rate on spot, i referred him to my friend coz she was also buying a condo around the same time, and she said the rate he got her was way lower than other banks. The fees and charges are writen in text, very clear and no hitten fee, i will definitely love to work with him again if i need other loans. Highly recommended to work with him!

  I have dealt with known commercial banks and credit unions such as Chase, NEFCU and Navy FCU. The service I got from HomeBridge is by far the best catered service for my need. Kenny is someone you definitely want to help you out. His dedication to assist is unparalleled to anyone I met in Mortgage industry. Their dedicated professional staff worked day and night to get me through the process and kept me in the loop in every single step. From start to finish there was at no point I felt that i don't know what's going on. They were reachable even after hrs via email, phone, txt. I couldn't be happier that i used them and look forward to using them again and highly recommend them.

  I was working with summit fundings, but they were charging me extra $10000 for closing cost. Kenny helped me out and got my loan in a month. I closed my house in March 9th 2020, Kenny and Eric were amazing. They also got me lower interest rate.

  A LONG process start to finish but everyone was so helpful, answered any and all questions we had. Lenders were available after hours to explain everything and they were encouraging through the entire process. I'd recommend them to get a fixer upper house. They roll the cost of renovations and purchase of the home into one loan which is cheaper. Highly recommend for that fuser upper you want to buy.
