  I financed my raw land with them over 3 years ago. Drew and the group were easy to work with and extremely responsive. When it was time to build the farm home, Agsouth took care of the construction loan as well. Drew worked through 2 extensions and the bank was understanding when I had to take over the build from a terrible general contractor. Finally, rolled over the land and the house into long term financing with AgSouth. I can't imagine how many calls and headaches I would have had with a large national bank.

  Never once got in touch with me, I always ,after days of waiting had to contact Drew. Time delayed so long lost opportunity for land purchase.

  Do yourself a favor and use a different bank. They will take days or sometimes weeks to respond to an email, never take calls and you will never meet the person who is working on your loan. 2 months later and we still have not closed on a small land loan.
