  Harassing phone calls. I repeatedly get calls from different numbers from this company, trying to reach someone named Yasmine. I've told them repeatedly they have a wrong number, but still they call and leave voicemails. In other words, they have the communication practices of a scam. Beware.

  Hello Emre, We are very sorry this was your experience with our company, this is not how we conduct business. If you're willing, we would love the opportunity to address this matter and correct it going forward. We get thousands of people requesting information on or help with buying a home every day. Unfortunately, some people make mistakes when entering their contact information online, so we end up with the wrong phone number for them. Unfortunately, the only way to know that we have the wrong number is to call it. That said, it is still inexcusable that after your repeated attempts to notify our agents that they have the wrong number, you are still getting calls from us. To investigate this further, we need to know your phone number. We know this is private information and obviously don't want you to share it here for the world to see. So if you would be kind enough, please email us at [email protected] with your phone number and the time and date of the last call you received from us. We will make sure this never happens again and provide you with more information as to why and how this happened. Thank you so much for letting us know that this is happening.
