Thieves!! DO NOT USE THIS CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stole my paycheck, won't talk to me on the phone, hanging up on me; won't chat with me. I called VISA they even hang up on them too!! I thought FDIC meant they back up their customers.

Jackson Hewitt uses Metabank for their Refund Advance Loan. Jackson Hewitt charged me $49 for $200 from Metabank. I called Jackson Hewitt to remedy the amount as my return was for way more than $200!!!!! They told me it was Metabank's decision for the low amount. So I just called Metabank to find out why? The customer dis-service agent said they cannot discuss the reason why nor increase the advance with me even after giving them my security information. If this "loan" was for up to $3200 and our credit scores are in the 700 as of May last year and yes we pay our bills!! Why would anyone borrow $200 dollars for $49 short term??? Metabank easily can absolve itself from any "misrepresentation" by not actually being present in a Jackson Hewitt office. I hope their corporate enjoys the $49 as this will be the last I ever want to do business with a greedy bank like METABANK!!!

These people are a bunch of crooks. Steer clear and find yourself a different financial institution. AFS-IBEX charges you $12/month to process your monthly payment by check, and $20/month to process your payment by credit card. They pretty much force you into doing ACH, and when you call to inform them you're not happy about their payment options and the $12-20 fee every month, their prissy customer service representatives treat you with a nonchalant "I don't care" attitude.
