  Billie Jo is able to make one of the most nerve-wracking parts of purchasing a home almost effortless. She truly is looking out for your best interest every step of the way. She has a good understanding of the VA loan process, which I can only imagine can pose its only challenges, but stays persistent with trying to get you to the finish line. She was very good at maintaining good communication and was always willing to answer my questions along the way. I've done both purchase and refinance with her and will continue to recommended her to everyone.

  Working with Billi Jo made our home buying process extremely easy and painless. We were moving from across country during covid and she was always available to answer our questions and could do everything virtually. Even though it was virtual she was still super personable as if we were sitting right across the table from her. She laid out an in depth process of either going with a VA loan or conventional which made it very easy for us to choose what was best for our family. Since we weren’t from the area (one of us being a Veteran and the other still being in the military) she recommended us a great realtor with tenacity second to none, which resulted in us finding our dream home quickly. Billi Jo’s passion and drive for what she does was extremely noticeable from the start all the way to the end of us closing on our home.

  Billi Jo is a great person to work with. She explains the why on everything so you understand the reasons why you need to provide documentation and what everything is for. It is never ‘get me this”. We knew through the entire process exactly what were looking for. We had a lot of parts and pieces to our 2 mortgages but everything went smoothly and we had a lot of laughs along the way.

  I love working with Billi Jo. I think the time she takes to walk through the processes and explains everything to her clients is a great benefit. She also takes the time to help clients with issue they have and opportunities they have to over come to get to where they can finance a home. We all have things happen in life and she dont judge, she helps give advice on where to go from here and that a great feeling for someone who has been put into these type of situations.   I came into this office with zero knowledge as to how to buy a house; they helped me get all the information I needed and were very professional about doing it.
