  Very disappointed. I called this location on my lunch break and talked to the notary. Dustin confirmed that he'd be there till 6pm. I got there at 530pm needing his services, and he'd already left. This is very unprofessional, and it is going to cost me additional money on my auto refinance due to the delay. Would not recommend their help.

  I just got sent away and told to make an appointment for the next day because they only take appointments, even though the website says appointment and drop in available... And there's two staff and no other customers there. Not a customer focused business.

  I love having a branch open on evenings and weekends! This is where I go 90% of the time. The staff are always friendly and ready to help. There is plenty of parking and the location is in easy walking to many other places of business (oil change, groceries, haircut, coffee shops, post office in Byerlys).

  Everyone here is so kind and helpful! Just a heads up that it's definitely busy on Saturdays because it's one of the only US banks open that day, but they're worth the wait.

  I usually dont waste my time in writing reviews even if I do have a bad expierence somewhere. The asain manager signed me up for two credit cards without my consent. One of these cards had a annual fee that charged me and eventually caused me a late payment! I never used these cards! Also, I opened a loan with US Bank for a car loan soley to build my credit before I buy a house. I could have easily paid cash. I set up automatic payment and a reserve line so I should have been golden. I found out 6 months down the road that I somehow missed a payment that I was still overdue! Even though I was making payments the whole time, it still showed on my credit report that I missed 6 months payments!!! My credit score dropped form 750 to 650!!!!! I also would ask the tellers and even this manager if my accounts were current and positive ever time I went in there! They really don't know what they are doing. Their upper district management should really get on this place because it is a joke.
