      Such a slow and bad customer service. Either CSR representatives with negative attitude or no helping attitude specially on Saturday. Either they are tired or not willing to work on weekends. Even after having an online appointment at 11:30am , when I reached there on last Saturday June 4,2022 all 3 CSR officers offices were occupied so waited almost 30-35 minutes before I was attended by a CSR. There was an issue for one charge and she promised me to call me after 2 days after discussing it with her manager. Even after one week no call back or no charge issue is resolved. The service level of Affinity is declining day by day. Even I contacted through Affinity website by email but no one contacted me back. Such a poor service. Recent Update: I got a call after writing to Customer Service of affinity credit union about no response now the charge has been reversed so my complaint was resolved.

      Joy Pellow is AMAZING. Over the past several years Affinity's customer service quality has diminished company wide. Joy is extremely professional and goes the extra mile for her customers. Affinity should promote Joy to a Corporate position where her values and dedication to the customer experience can filter throughout the rest of the company.

      I'm giving it one star just so I can post this review. the other star is for the wonderful employees who work for Affinity phone customer service who tried their best to help me reach out to this location. this Affinity in Piscataway is horrible. i deposited money into my account and it never went through to my account, even though i have the receipt. I also called several times and nobody ever picked up. I'm highly disappointed.

      I like this bank, anytime I had an issue which wasn’t much they always helped me out to resolve it. This year is rough and I finally got back to work, I’m so glad this place is open the day after Christmas! I like to go to the bank to pay certain bills and I have to wait till the end of the month to do so. The only issue I have nowadays is the long lines to get to the teller. There should be someone guiding the cars so people aren’t cutting other people off etc. Sometimes I’m there for an hour in line which can be difficult with my 15 month old. On the other hand I do understand we’re going through a pandemic. What a great bank, thankfully I’ve only delt with tellers who were professional so far. I’m sending family to this bank.       Sitting outside the bank since 8:30 AM not a problem. I can catch up on reading. 8:40 AM not 1 but 2 employees came out to set up a display both looked right at me I mean I am in the very first parking spot. No one mentioned the inside of the bank is closed so you are sitting here for what? I walk up to the door only to read the sign. Hey I do all of my banking online so I did not know. Now I have to go wait in the long bank line which I could have been waiting calmly since 8:30. I'm sorry maybe its just me and the fact that I look out for others and think what if that was me. I'm always trying to assist and help someone. I would have at least asked the person sitting in the car something. Especially if i know the bank line gets backed up in the morning. The rant is over maybe its just the Covid environment that got me annoyed this morning. OK done.

You can make an appointment online if you need to go into a branch or via phone to talk to a representative.       I co-signed a car loan for my son. Last August I paid the loan in full. A few weeks later we received the Title to the car in the mail and then we sold the car. Now they claim my son owes one more payment. Why would they send the Title if he still owed money? That’s right , they wouldn’t but they went ahead and sent the information to the credit bureaus. I went to buy a car and when the dealership pulled my credit report it showed up as a repo. This is not good business! Stay away from them unless you don’t mind your credit being ruined!

      Received a call a week and a half ago, supposedly a check I deposited at the machine was not signed. No problem, the rep said they'd mail it to me and I could take care of it. 12 days later I have no check and no one at this branch picks up the phone. I got through once this morning and when I asked for the rep by name she was "unavailable". Starting to doubt I will get my check back which is not good at all. It doesn't take 12 days to mail a check from Piscataway to Hillsborough.

      Only 1 drive thru lane open. Waiting an hour right next to open air eating of IHOP. Traffic through strip mall is dangerous. Excuse is pandemic makes no sense. Open second lane!! If you can go into stores now, you should be ready to take people into branch offices. Unacceptable.

      Marcia W. is great and really should be the bank’s manager to help train the others. Don’t take out a mortgage, they aren’t organized enough yet give them another two-three years. Their ATM is ALWAYS broken. You’ll have to find another branch. It sucks!

      Really bad costumer service ... CRS seem always to be busy , they don’t follow up with the costumers, and when you ask them something they seem to be bother , Piscataway branch sucks ..
