  The entire mortgage process was clear and transparent. All documentations exchanged electronically saved a immense time and paperwork. Seemed like the whole team was very focused and made everything work like clockwork. Every time I had a question I received response within minutes. My loan officer even came to the closing to ensure everything went smoothly! My attorney who does several closings a day told me he was really impressed. In one word: AWESOME!

  Jiby Thomas - Fast and Simple Mortgage with no hassles. I did refinance with absolutely zero processing cost. My loan amount was increased to take care of expenses like escrow and insurance. I also got some refund of escrow from closing old mortgage and skipping one month's mortgage payment. If you can bring extra cash you can keep the loan amount same. He gives you the options and you can choose what you like. Fast and Super Easy Processing. Provides one of the best rates in the market. Minimal emails, phone calls and less documentation compared to two other mortgage providers I used previously. Jiby loves to listen and goes the extra mile to clarify all your questions and concerns.   I was referred to Gopal by Relator, I had my preapproval from the bank. I was not comfortable with private mortgage companies, but once I met Gopal he was awesome. He laid out all my options on the table and asked to me to choose. Also as I am the first time home buyer, he explained everything on what is what and what suits me the best. The whole team was awesome, once I started the processes Pradeep N was the loan officer assigned to me for loan process. I made at leave 50+ calls he never missed a call, that was outstanding, he was also so helpful and understanding. Everything went lightning fast and closed it in 25 days. Simply Kwik mortgage is great!!!!

  Horrible customer service. We worked with Viral Mistry and agreed on a 10 year term. He sent the estimate for 15 year term loan. He also changed my ethnicity from Hispanic to "not Hispanic" without telling me. I called him to let him know the errors and he repeatedly told me to just "sign the papers" and that he would change the loan agreement after I signed. I told him I would only sign after the loan was for 10 yrs and he said "If you don't want to do business, let's stop the deal" and hung up on me. This is horrible customer service. We wasted our time with him and this was disrespectful and unprofessional.
