      I've been a member for 23 years and all I have experienced is trouble, since the day they changed their name to advia. For over a year they could not figure out why my online banking was not working. So every time I was forced to call and transfer money. They charged me 3$ "phone transfer fee". Racking over 200$ in fees, because their system was messed up. Now my direct deposit isn't working, and my with this new app I couldn't get to my money or cash my checks over the weekend. They tried to charge me a fee again even though the automated message says "this fee will be waved for members under age 25 or advantage plus members". When you call it's a call center. Not Southgate branch. I am setting up my IRA thus year and it will not be with Advia. My car loan will not be with Advia. My money will not be with Advia, and neither should yours. I miss first community.

      Their online banking is always broken down or messed up. you never get the right answer when you call to inquire after hours you may get three different answers to the same question. I thought credit Unions were better but now I'm thinking I'm going back to my bank.
