  Not a member, as my credit union is out of town. Simple request to trade a tenner for a roll of quarters. I was shunned out of the building. Another teller offered to help, but was told no by my teller. Have considered moving to this closer credit union. However will not work with them.

  Miserable experience every time I went in there. The fees, the incessant phone calls, and the constant attempts to sell you things are annoying, but that is not specific just to this location. All Advias in the area are like that. Honestly, how many products do I need to use, how deeply do I have to be involved with Advia, before my account is good enough, and they will stop harassing me to do more, do more?! My problem specific to this location is, if you go when there’s any kind of rush, you’ll be in line forever. I can see the manager sitting at her desk, so I know she can see me and everyone else in line. She doesn’t do anything to help or get things moving faster. She doesn’t even acknowledge us. So don’t visit this location on your lunch break or while under any kind of time crunch. You’ll be late and mad. Plus they got rid of, or couldn’t keep, my very favorite person to deal with, Katy! She was more professional and helpful than the actual manager! I guess she finally realized that she was worth more. Overall, a lousy branch of a lousy establishment, and I am so glad I took my account elsewhere. Avoid. UPDATE: as you can see below, Advia just tried to reach out to me about this negative review I left, and asked me to call or email them to discuss my issues with the credit union...more than 6 months after I posted this review. I'm not going to waste my time since it is apparent that fixing these issues isn't a priority for them, but I'd just like to point out that I left positive reviews for Genisys credit union on both Google and Yelp, and Genisys thanked me for my review on both sites- one the same day, and one the day after. I find this to be a great example of the obvious difference in quality between Advia and a credit union that actually cares about its members.

  Poor customer service. Told us there was no minimum balance but they hold the $5 you use to open the account. Also did not tell us you cannot use the ATM for 30 days. Sure, it’s great for students but fifth third bank offers the same benefits, so they are definitely not the only game in town. I prefer Chase, myself, but for my child starting out needed something more suited for him. Would not recommend

  They have people there that work with you in all your finances. They make exceptions and are very helpful, going out of their way to help. Best Bank/Credit Union i ever had.

  Have been with E&A,then later Advia since 1987. Great people. Down to Earth. My Goldens look for their biscuits as well. Keep up the Super relations .. Thank you!

  Belonged to this credit union for 25 years but withdrew all accounts when service greatly declined. Wait time line inside. Staff needs training. Waiting to see loan officer almost an hour. No knowledgeable help for online questions.

  Not very professional and lack the skills needed to run a banking institution. Confused me with my son when handling a simple loan application. Would not recommend this place. Period!
