      I have been a member of Chase Bank for almost 10 years my account got locked 4 days ago and I've been to the bank three times already and it's still locked waiting on a new debit card and all I was supposed to have to do is show my ID to the teller to get it unlocked and it's still locked. If someone would have asked me a year ago what my experience was Chase was I would tell them it was a wonderful experience but this past week I'm not liking them very much right now.

      Great people here, always helpful. Joleen and her co-workers have always been super helpful whenever I've needed them. Their app is great too. Update: Feb 2019. I stand by my 5 stars. Fast, helpful, friendly service. These folks are the Boy (or Girl) Scouts of banking. Wouldn't consider taking my fortune anywhere else..
