  I've been an Advantis member for over 30 years. BEST credit union ever. Cannot say enough good things about Advantis. Love the Gresham location, close to my home and the people here are very nice and helpful.

  Independent contractors get their tax forms read incorrectly.(1099) If you are making 6,000 a month their underwriters and the bank itself will read closer to 2,000. Was planning on investing and using them 2 years from now for buying a house but now going with a different credit union. Big plus is the dividends per month on checking account. Update: reduced to a 1 because I cant even get money out of this bank. I deposited a IRS check. I then was gonna purchase something for 4200 dollars. Their limit is 3000 a day. I then go close the account to get my 5400 dollars I had in the account to purchase my item they said I couldn't get cash out. They needed a copy of the irs check. I have a copy of it but they won't accept that. So I have to wait a day and while waiting the item I was gonna buy was sold. Thanks Advantis.

  After calling several credit unions I thought this one would be the best match for me. Boy was I wrong. After calling to discuss a HELOC and my situation with them I proceeded with the application and authorization to pull credit. The next day I was informed they would not be able to move forward due to my situation. Well, that situation of mine was discussed in detail before filling out the application and I was given the go to proceed. One day after filling out the application they inform me they can't do the HELOC but would be happy to refi my home for me. At this point I wouldn't even cash in my lose change at Advantis .... Thanks Advantis for mis-informing me, then running my credit, and ultimately wasting my time .

  I walked into the new location in Gresham and the manager of that branch did not make me feel welcome. I do not understand why. I am still trying to figure this out. Is it because I have a heavy accent or being a foreigner. I then decided to leave and choose a different credit union that it’s staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to assist.

  Always a pleasure to do business here! Friendly staff, including the video tellers. They specialize in sudden service. In and out in less than ten minutes, all while being treated like a valued member.

  Had some Issues over the years but I have yet to find one that cant be fixed they are not prefect but compared to the others I have been with seem to do the best to far.
