  Advantage Mortgage is the best place to go if you're looking at buying or refinancing your home. Jordan and his team of professionals treated our first home purchase with dedication and care. They clearly communicated about the whole process, were excellent at preparing us for what we needed to get done, and never missed a beat when things went a little sideways. If you haven't thought about using a mortgage broker, you should, and you should use Advantage Mortgage. 15/10 would recommend.

  Jordan is a true professional, great communicator and is always on-point. We recently partnered with mutual clients on the purchase of a home. He was able to seek final loan approval well before closing, allowing my clients to get into their dream home sooner than expected. Great customer service with a seamless transaction, I definitely recommend using Jordan if you are looking for a mortgage lender.

  Our lender Jordan and his teams were absolute rockstars throughout our entire home buying process. As first time homebuyers my partner and I had zero knowledge of the process. Jordan took the extra time to meet with us via video or phone to talk us through any questions and provide us information about the questions we didn't even know to ask. He was expedient when we requested offer letters at all times of the day/week and never had trouble with delays. Once we had an offer accepted, Jordan and his team continued to assure we were well prepared with all documents for the loan approval. We were able to close within 3 weeks (1 week early)! Propr Lending's diligence was key to making that happen. Will certainly be a returning customer should the need arise! Thanks Jordan and team!

  I worked with Jordan two years back, when I bought my first house. Jordan was always lightning fast with regards to response time, he always brought me up to speed and made sure to keep me apprised of every step in the process. He got things done early and efficiently, and there was never any point where I felt worried. Jordan and his team’s skill and professionalism are more than I could have hoped for, and I’m really grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Jordan and Homequest mortgage! Fast forward... Two years later, I’m starting a business and wondered if I could obtain a home equity line of credit. Jordan gave me some great info, and even a recommendation on who to talk to!
