  I trusted this company until one of their agents invited me in to extend my loan. Despite the fact that I have a perfect record with them through two loans I was denied for no apparent reason and given an uncalled for hit on my credit report. ...I recently gave them a second chance to redeem themselves. Is there a zero star rating?

  Me and my husband have been a customer for a few years now. When we got our first loan the staff was excellent. Never a problem. But now the new staff over the last year or so is NOT excellent. They've been rude, disrespectful, and always got a attitude with me and my husband. Wish they get better staff at the Diberville location, new management, better customer service training....something needs to change with the employees at this location. If you need an advance, title loan, etc.....go to All purpose finance.

  Friendly environment,great customer service,I was never hounded about payments before they where do,payment receipts was always given with clarity on the balance, but they are very poor on returning calls and knowing important facts on equality for loan value , but I was given a loan usually within the first 48 hours of application except twice with no response.

  I've had 2 check in the mail loans through this place and the interest rates are not that bad.
