  Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. When we were looking for a new insurance carrier, he was able to get us better coverage at a lower rate than our prior company. Whenever we have questions, he provides answers promptly and makes sure we completely understood. Great customer service!

  The owner was very rude and unhelpful for absolutely no reason. I just asked him to forward an email he got from me to my agent and he refused saying "she can't help you" after a while of back and forth he finally said "she's not in the office today" okay, so that's why I sent an email so she can get back to me when she is back? And if that's all this was about why didn't you say that from the get go instead of being a total jerk?? I wrote a review about the whole experience on his Facebook page a while ago and instead of replying or trying to reconcile anything he just deleted the review feature so you couldn't see reviews or post new ones. I used progressive through his agent Barb at the time and wound up getting a better rate going through Progressive directly so really not worth the money to go through Advanced anyway.
