  Well the customer service is friendly. But when it comes to loading a prepaid CARD THE POLICY AND PROCESURE IS AWFUL!!!! I have had my card for over 7 years. And I have never been asked to show my ID TO LOAD $500.00. So I gave my ID and I Decided to change my LIAD AMOUNT to 750.00 SO WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THE NEW STORE MANAGER say I am going to MAKE A COPY OF YOUR ID!!! Really???? then he says he needs it for my social security number. Ok NOW IF YOU READ MY ID. I don't have my social security number on it. So making a copy of my ID WAS SOME BS!!! I will be copying and pasting this to all social media. Because they are not doing their job correctly. If he needed my social he should have asked for it. Just like he asked for my phone number. So POLICY AND PROCEDURE IS OFF!!! I will be getting RID Of MY CARD and using the KROGER CARD ITS FREE TO LOAD AND YOU GET POINTS. No hassle at all I Gave my ID and had a card instant. And I didn't have to show a ID TO LOAD! Advanced Finical needs to get their employees TOGETHER AND ON THE SAME PAGE!!!! And my name is Mrs Stevenson.

  Every time I come in here for anything their system supposedly is not working and I don’t understand why today I went in to send money and the guy there told me I couldn’t I asked why and he told me to go somewhere else very rude and unprofessional ! Please get people that actually want to work .
