  They are only open 12 hours instead of 24/7 is ridiculous. They are Advanced Financial 24/7 which means they should be open 24 hours 7 days a week. Not that hard to understand.

  Mr. Phillips. We can see how this would be confusing. While our stores aren't open 24/7 at this time (we actually have a couple in East TN that are) you can get a loan from us online anytime, 24/7. Thank you for the feedback.

  I just had the most amazing experience with Leigh today thank you so much for being a good hearted person you never know what someone is going through and just by the way you handle you customers and going out of your way for me turned my whole day around thank you so much and I highly recommend using the Lawrenceburg advance financial!!!!!

  The loan process was quick and hassle free. I made a quick call and had the money I needed in less than 45 minutes. The agent offered superior customer service on the phone as well as in the store. Advance Financial services are convenient when time is of the essence. The transparency of charges were easy to understand. I' m so happy they are available 24/7! I highly recommend them.

  I love this company! They always have money when I need it, and are always friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. My favorite teller there at the moment is Alex. He seems like a good guy, and a great worker as well. He helped me today with a cash advance, and overall I was very satisfied with the service I got, and will continue to do business there, because of it.

  Most people these days are rude and rush through everything, but not Kayla. This young lady listened to what i needed and worked her butt off to help me. I could tell she really cared about my situation and wanted to help. That meant so much. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place for anything you need.

  Came in to pick up a western union cause my car had broke down. Shasta was very helpful and walked me through it. She listened to me complain and made me feel better and calm down. Will always come here from now on. Thanks again!

  This is the first bad review I have done on Google. Worst customer service I've seen. After 4 attempts with 3 employees in the last few months to resolve a repeating issue I found the only way to resolve it was to stop doing business with them. Friendly people tho. All businesses or services will have issues come up from time to time and how they handle these issues testifies to how good the business really is and af247 has failed. Further update. After logging in to screenshot info for customers service which asked for my info here on Google I have found I still have a due balance after paying the pay off amount I was told. Adding to the failed customer service you get at this location.

  ...they are always there when I need them! Borrowing quick money is never cheap...but, then benefit of it always being there and available any day...any hour is definitely worth paying a little more. ...the folks that get in trouble are the people that have no business borrowing more than they can afford to pay back in a short amount of time...they need to go see Mama and Daddy...chances are they still owe them from years past! ....anyway, these people are awesome, very helpful...and work long hours, weekends, holidays....to provide quick, efficient service to their customers! Thanks, again!!!

  Cayla (I think that's how you spell her name) went above beyond in helping me attempt to get a loan, she even called me 24 hours later to ensure I was ok. I was unable to obtain proof of income from Social security, and yet she still cared enough to check on me. I will be back the next time I need assistance thanks to get actions.
