  When I went in today Mya was super friendly, she was patient enough to answer all of my questions (and trust me I had many), and she was able to correct my mistakes and give me the help I was looking for. I drive an 18 wheeler so I get to meet a lot different people in customer service and I wish they were all like Mya. Advance Financial you guys have a great representative in her so please acknowledge that and make sure she sticks around because customer service doesn't come any better than her. Thanks again for the assistance.

  I came in yesterday for a loan and let me tell you , I was there for HOURS!!! But, when I say the staff is absolutely AMAZING !!! Whitney made the process very easy and even though I was there so long for processing , she made sure that she kept me updated the whole process and all with a smile . She was very polite and extremely patient ! Customer Service was so unbelievable that I don't think I'll go to another location ! This staff will definitely keep you entertained while you wait !

  Barrett at this location was the most patient and helpful person I’ve ever encountered in customer service !! He gave me a few tips on getting the most out of my loan and my experience was great !!   I get money orders for bills every month and the service is great. I’m in and out of there quick but everyone is still so friendly. And the store manager, I believe her name is Rheagan, is always very helpful if I run into any sort of issue.

  I love coming to Advance Financial! I'm always greeted with smiling faces! I am able to take care of my business within minutes! Fast and efficient service. Thank you to the teller Anthony for printing out directions for me on my last visit! Highly recommend!!
