  I will give two stars because the customer service was excellent. However it makes no sense as to why you can’t pay with a money order with a debit card like other places. The cash only policy for money orders is bad for business and it shows how this company looks at poor people.

  I would like to take out the time to thank Neisha at Dickerson Pike location. She provided great customer service skills and also was very helpful. I'm very pleased with the level of service she offered me. Neisha keep up the good work!!!!

  Aneisha was very kind and patient she obviously like her job and know what she is doing. Everyone can't work with the public. I had a wonderful experience in your business. Her work is excellent. Wanted to let you all know what a wonderful employee you have.

  I had a great experience at this location. The employees were kind and interacted with me as soon as I walked in the door. I would definitely recommend this location if you want an easy, quick and professional experience.

  I have been in this location a few times recently. Caroline helped me the last 2 times and she is the best! She’s super friendly and informative to everyone that goes to her window. And she always has a smile- which is so nice since you don’t see that often!

  Simone did a Wonderful job of helping me with my flex loan. I had been in 3 times with different people who couldn’t help me. She was Very Professional and walked we thru every STEP. Thanks Simone!!!!!! Great Job!!!

  I had great experience...Simone has a great smiling personality...I was really satisfied...and she got me approved. Yes... But best of all while she was helping me she was really nice to the waiting customers. Great place

  Ms. Simone was very helpful in assisting me with my flex loan. Honestly I wasn’t even sure I would be approved for one let alone the amount I was able to get. She took her time with me getting everything she needed and more and pretty much fought to get me the line of credit that I have now. Thank you so much simone
