  Due to unforeseen issues with my direct deposit, I had to go to Advance Financial to cash my check. I went to the Whitehouse location and was helped by a woman named Kenzie. I don't normally leave reviews, but do to some degree of bad luck lately, I had to share the best customer experience I have had in a long time. She was very kind, polite, and knowledgeable when it came to performing her duties and made my fear of not being able to cash my check for this holiday week disappear. If you go to this location, request Kenzie. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much!!!

  I just want to thank Michelle from White House location for all of her time and patience with me she made sure I got the loan I needed and she also made me feel like family and that I was going to be taken care of thank you guys for having Michelle because without her I wouldn’t have got the loan that I needed she literally change my whole mood from negative to positive thanks thanks thanks Michelle God bless you ! *Teaundra*

  Your employee Michelle was the most helpful person that you could ever have... she helped me more than you will ever know...she was so nice ... she really knows her job and how to help people

  One thing I can count on Advance Financial is great check cashing anytime. I go to White House with my handwritten pay checks and they cash them for me no problem. No long lines! Curtis is great and Symone always makes me laugh. I recommend them for anyone who needs their pay check cashed at a great price!
