  Lauri and Jen in Janesville are awesome! They were so friendly and professional, it made the entire experience a really pleasurable transaction. The credit repair programs really do help; I’ve seen progress after just a month! They have tons of refinancing options and are courteous to all of your needs. 10/10 would recommend. I hands down will be doing business here in the future.

  I've been going to Advance America here in Janesville for probably about six years. I've always been treated almost like a friend by Laurie she's been there since I've been coming in and it's always so pleasant to see her. Both the women that work there make the experience as pain less as possible. I've always been in and out of there within 15 minutes or less and compared to what I've paid in loans at Advance places elsewhere this is definitely the most affordable.

  Angela was extremely warm and friendly. I called the store before coming in and she was incredibly thorough in what I should bring with me to speed up the process and to avoid missing any information. Great customer service, she made this uncomfortable process very smooth. Best, Tia Pointer

  Customer service representative call center is a joke. Hold time is ridiculous because of short staffed. Phone system is down all the time when the call volume is high. Then when you finally get someone after calling all day they tell you that you should have called earlier. I know they working from home sounded like they had been sleep so no to little help was offered.
