  I was having issues with a payment that was very time sensitive and I was having issues at home using Moneygram and I first tried for over an hour to resolve the issues until I finally looked up the nearest Moneygram location and I was blessed to have Advance America as my nearest location as they worked nonstop and diligently for 2 hours working with multiple different departments in order to resolve the issues and I have to say that I don’t know if many other locations would deal with the very difficult and time consuming issues to make sure that you have a resolution and to make sure that it was positive experience at that. I would like to especially thank Yvonne and Angela for putting up with me in such a caring and professional manner, I would recommend them to anyone that are in need of their services
