  Had an awesome experience the other day at this location. Both staff members were knowledgeable, fast, and I had fun talking with them both. I recommend this place for anyone who needs some extra cash. Looking forward to future business here.

  Jeanie the manager was awsome, helpful and kind. Made the experience smoothe and easy. Really treated me kindly and was over and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend coming here first!!

  I usually have great service in the store but the on line is horrible. I went on line to pay my bill using my debit card. I received several texts telling me I had only paid half and I needed to fix this immediately. On line showed I had paid it and it was paid a week early. Two days later I get notice that my checking account was overdrawn. Looking thru my transactions advanced took my payment twice. It was a fight to get the money returned but not in time to stop an overdraft fee.

  The process was quick and easy. I was in and out within minutes. The lady that helped me was so friendly. Really good experience with them I’ll be going back.

  I took my father in law in to get a loan. He is elderly, has trouble getting around and sometimes has trouble understanding concepts . From the very beginning the ladies at the office were very professional, kind and understanding. They were patient explaining everything perfectly and at the same time finished his loan in a timely fashion. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you advance America for excellent customer service.   I came in on a Saturday an hour before close and the manager Jeanie was very patient extremely helpful stayed an hour past closing on a Saturday did not make me feel like she didn't even mention going home at all she was absolutely wonderful she made the experience nice with with the problems I was having I sure appreciate her having patience with me
