  I was told their new loan type was much better than the regular payday. They automatically took out a payment without my authorization or my wife’s, then when you call the branch they claim it’s a corporate issue and they can’t handle anything for you. Sucks it can’t trust any loan companies anymore this is the kind of things I expect from advance 24/7 but I guess as long as they are padding their pockets they don’t care about the customer

  I always have rhe best customer service when i go in and nikki waits on me and she is very polite and very polite and very respectful. So i would recommend anyone to use there store and they make u feeel at home.
