  This location is my favorite to visit in the tri cities! If you need help, ask for Jennifer... Jennifer has always went above and beyond to assist me in any way she can to get some things rolling on my account. Another thing I like is I like how if I am at work that I can have the option to pay my loan online then have the flexibility to pick up in the store. Being a busy mom it allows for life to be less stressful!

  I went in to do a payday loan, I did not have a "local bank" account, I went and got one, drove all the way down here on an empty tank of gas, hoping to ease the burden, i had a savings account last time I did a loan through these guys and with no issue. Now, my fiance got one with a savings account, yet the woman Brittany had misinformed me about and wouldn't even bother. So a total waste of time, getting a payday loan should not be this hard without a checking account. Never again will I recommend further people to go here.

  I had not been there in several years, but they treated me like family, very polite, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If you're in a jam and money is tight go see them, they'll help you out.
