  My experience with Advance America has been great. Rose, the manager, makes the loan process professional and pleasant. Even though I've been here before, she still takes the time to thoroughly explain the details for the loan, and the expectations after the loan. Advance America has made the process virtually paperless, and short and sweet. In today's tough financial climate, It's good to know there are places you can go and be treated with a level of professionalism and respect, and not just as a number. I have recommended Rose and Advance America to friends and family. If you are in need financial services, this is a great place to go.

  This is THE BEST pay day loan company I have ever dealt with. Absolute wonderful customer service and wonderful employees. Shout out to Ms. Rose and Ms. Lynn.   Rose is the store manager and really really has let the management position get in her head! She has all these policies she follows that the other three stores in town I talked to on the same day same question were able to answer but she apparently cannot answer due to some policy the store has in place. Really but everyone else in the same district and different district stores were able to handle the question. She really acted like I was gonna try to rob her by asking questions about the amount of money the store can loan... REALLY Please if you are that scared then you definitely DO NOT NEED TO WORK A MONEY HANDLING JOB!! Please .. it's so bad it's in your voice.. that you are in manger position.
