  I have been a customer at this store for 15 plus years with several managers. However I must say Denise is the absolute best!! She always greet you with a warm welcome in person and on the phone. Her professionalism Is awesome, never rude, arrogant or snobbish. Advanced America is blessed to have Denise as an employee.

  Jen was awesome! She has amazing work ethic and has a radiant smile! I’ve never seen someone under so much pressure still remain calm and so sweet! She was so helpful and I am so glad I had a great encounter with her.

  I’ve been using Advance America for years, and I must say I haven’t received customer service as good as that with Denise Hartung anywhere else. She’s a loving, caring, well spoken and well spirited employee! Highly recommend the 4228 West Tennessee location specifically for her customer service! Thank You!!!
