  Let me tell you about this place! I’ve never done a cash advance, this was my first time. I had no idea even how to start. I was also embarrassed, because I’ve never needed a cash advance. Tough times have fallen on my family and I and I needed an extra helping hand. I think the woman’s name was Jenny that helped me. She was amazing and never once did I feel uncomfortable with her! She made me feel like my problems were going to be taken care of by her. She made me feel like a friend not a number. Thank you so much Jenny and Cash Advance America for helping me out when I needed it the most.

  Great Customer Service! The staff answer all my questions when I applied for a loan so there was no confusion on what i was getting and what I was paying back. I will be working with them again.

  I usually went to money gram down the street, but after I sent money twice and the company would not fix their mistakes, I decided to come to Advance America. Not only did they call money gram and get my money back, they went ahead and made sure that I was resending with the correct spelling of the persons name.

  i love the fact that the loan process was fast and simple. my concern is that why send the title off if the customer hasn't defaulted on their loan, i mean the title does not belong to advance america until the customer has defaulted. i say this because this happened to me i specifically explained to the person helping me with my title loan that i would be in to pay off my title loan two weeks after i got the loan and yet they still sent my title off to the state of Illinois, we are talking about the state of Illinois!!!!!! now i have to wait 6 weeks to get my title back after i paid off my loan .I would like to see the company keep and hold titles in the office until the customer at least becomes in default that way the company can own the title legally due to default....

  I'd give -5 if possible! 1st day...Got there 1 minute after closing and he refused to open the door. All I wanted was a list of necessary items. 2nd day...Went back the next day for the same thing, after going through the possibilities & making my decision, I realized that I had forgotten some documents, left for the day. 3rd day...arrived to finalize loan, they refused to open the door!!!!! Gave NO REASON, called the police after I knocked on the window a 2nd time. I called twice since then & was told that they refuse to do business with me... without explanation!!!!!

  I did not take out a loan but I was there with a friend. The staffed was wonderful and answered all questions that we had.
