  I posted a rude coment on this company as they were closed when they should of been open. It was closed due to computers being down. It would of taken 5 second to open the door to let me know. Advance America have the most amazing employees that provide awesome customer assistance. I should not have been angry over my lack of planning. I give advance America five stars as the employees have been nothing but helpful considerate and go above and beyond their basic job duties. I do apologize for any negativity I brought to this company by my post

  I will forever and always only go to this store for all my needs!! All the girls who work here provide the best customer service, always smiling and willing to help in whatever way possible. I have recommended this place to everyone and anyone who will listen. Big thumbs up to the awesome crew who make this store so great!

  Hello i go into Cash America off of Balls Ferry rd once a month to get a money order for my rent. I look foreward to going in and being greeted by the nicest group ive met in a long time. They work fast and diligent to get me in and out. When i do go in there its never an inconvenience to them. Amazing customer service and just all the way around nice folks... Id give them 10 stars if i could

  I have been coming to this location for some time now. Always professional, always friendly! Sometimes getting a cash advance can be embarrassing however the ladies at this location make you feel welcome and comfortable. Anytime I am in a hard spot I will definitely come here!
