  I first came to do a loan probably 5 years ago. From my very first loan to the present day the staff at my location have been terrific. They always are extremely pleasant and helpful. I've processed loans thru other branches and had similar results but the staff at diamond hill are by far the best at achieving and creating a great customer experience every time. They make me feel like family.I would give them a 10+ rating all around and will do business no where else because of them.

  Deanna and her crew always makes me feel very welcome. Everyone there is so helpful and such great people to talk to. You will definitely be welcomed. Thank you all so much!   The only reason why I continue to go to the location is because of a pretty girl name Quirpa? (Excuse me if i spelled it wrong.) I go there to do a money gram and she is the most sweetest girl! Beautiful smile and always so friendly. She deserves more credit. Always greets me by name and always ask how my family is doing. She makes it personable and professional.

  Best place to borrow money no hassle just the correct paperwork and the money is yours simple as that. Shout outs to Carmen and Joyce those two are really good at there jobs they always make u feel welcome and comfortable best of all there honest. The last time I went there to pay my loan I guess I overplayed and they diligently called me back to rectify the error. Best place to go foreal

  highly Recommend Advance America on Diamond Hill Rd ,went in for a money order and The staff is Great and Vinny was awesome she was a great help Very Nice and informative!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vinny she’s the best!!
