  Came in today for a payday loan and the receptionist, Ro, was extremely helpful, friendly and sweet. The whole process took less then 15 minutes because I had everything needed. Would recommend anyone and everyone to cone to this location!!!

  The staff here are professional and friendly. My favorite staff is Donna, her customer service skills are excellent. If you have any questions about your loan she’s very knowledgeable. She’s fast paced can get you in and out in a timely manner.

  I had a very proffessional.fast service....informative and pleasant experience. I was very comfortable walking into the Advance America being greeted by Faith. And speaking to the manager Donna. These ladies made my experience so nice and welcoming...I recommend any and everyone who need their services to this location on Ryan Road.

  I just left the store near me 13 and Hoover and I was reminded why I prefer to take the drive to 12 and Ryan (further from my home) for loan services. The loan officers at the 12 and Ryan branch offer much quicker service (I was waiting 10 minutes with 4 people ahead at Hoover's branch). I never have to wait long for service at this branch. I also am always able to get through on the telephone if I have a quick question (unlike the other stores), and the loan officers and so much nicer. Always smiling, and personable (asking how my day was, etc) while quickly providing loan service. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a quick friendly loan service through payday advance.😍😍. Keep up the Great work Brian Patton and Katrina Jackson who make my mundane banking pleasurable and not so much like work on top of my work day💙💰💸💰.
