  Joan has to be the worst customer service representative I've ever met. I was in there with my wife and son a few days ago, my wife was in tears and we weren't having the best of days. Stressed as all get out Joan was just completely rude and unsympathetic. She was snooty about everything. Acting like shes the one loaning you her personal money. She got extra pissy when I asked for a blank piece of paper for my 4 year old to draw on and then snapped at my wife because Joan wasn't able to find her name on her bank statement (which was right there at the top). Rude rude rude. I will never go back to that location until I know that nasty lady is gone. I wonder how many times JOAN has to get a bad review for corporate to realize JOAN has lost them ALOT of business. Damn near Every review on google has a bad review about JOAN. Makes you wonder...

  The reviews are 100 true!! The fact that they ask friends and families to boost their reviews, doesn’t change why they still have a low rating. Customer service is terrible, they lose your info every time you update, and screw you over!! Obviously my paychecks bring in over the amount required, but their is a reason why people come in.. slow month at work means less take! This is the nature of the business. We have a bad month and need to borrow.. but because of income for that month, they drop your amount.. make less, borrow less?? What’s the help in that?!?? It’s understandable if you don’t bring in enough income at all.. but having a slow month is what brings people in. How about you go based off of the last 4 paychecks, or even 2!! It’s pretty much a win/win scam for them. Save yourself the trouble and headache..
