  Courtney is one of the most professional and understanding employees I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to Advance America...had to switch to this location due to some fraud at another location and Courtney made me feel right at home!

  I am rating a 2 because all though there are two ladies who are super nice and very helpful (1 star for each) the “manager” closes the store in the middle of the day, and also closes early at night she is not customer friendly. Their computer system runs poorly as well. And they refuse to deposit my checks FROM MY JOB into my card.
