  I love Brandon and Jenny so much. They’re literally masters of the loan business and the nicest people you will ever meet. I never wanna leave because we always have the greatest conversations! Love you both❤️I can always count on the wonderful staff of Advanced (even the Liberty office has such friendly staff) I would rate 10 stars out of 5 if I could!

  I recently found myself in unusual circumstances. I was in need of some extra cash for an unexpected expense. I could have drawn an advance off a credit card, but the rates are outrageous. I have never used a cash advance establishment. Honestly, I was very leery about it. I was pleasantly surprised! The process was so easy. It took only a few minutes and I had cash in hand. The finance rate was less than I expected and far less than a credit card advance. The customer service provided by Jenny West was awesome. She was friendly and professional. She thoroughly explained all my options and put my mind at ease. I went in stressed and left in a great mood. Not only because of the financial relief, but because the staff were so friendly! I received equally excellent service on my visit to pay. I will not hesitate to return should the need arise. Great job Advance America on your choice of employees. I observed Brandon working with another customer, and he too was friendly and professional.
