  We went in to get information. There was only one employee, front right desk, and she was on the phone. If looks could kill, we'd be dead. It seems that she could not handle the job of dealing with actual customers. After waiting for ever and a day, she made it clear that she was on the phone with a potential new customer, and we were not to be privy to her telephone conversation. Talk about rude. She literally asked us to wait outside, so she could finish. It was freezing weather. After sitting in the car for 10 min. I went back in to see if she could give me an idea of when we could speak. I was not acknowledged at all. I stood there for a good 5 min. as if I did not exist. Meanwhile listening to her repeat back, what I would consider very personal, information from her caller. The total lack of care for me, and the security breach being commited, was enough to tell me that this is not a trustworthy, nore caring company. I left without so much as a glance, of this employee, in my direction. All I got was huffing and puffing as acknowledgment of my existence. It's called a "hold button" lady. What an utterly unbelievable way to deal with anyone, let alone a potential customer.

  I have had my taxes done at this office several years now! I am very pleased with the service I get! Both Ladies are very friendly!

  The representatives how very nice and answer all the questions i had to the best of there knowledge if they didn't know for sure they would look it up and they reported on my credit score accurately

  Worst place ever. They mess up my taxes and wont take the credit for it. Said they sent in the paperwork when they didnt. Dont ever go to this place If I could give them 0 stars I would.
